Hi, I’m Seattle Sutton, and yes, that is my real name!  As a wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and registered nurse, I have dedicated my life to taking care of others and giving them the tools to take better care of themselves.  In 1985, this passion inspired me, at the age of 53, to create my company, Seattle Sutton’s Healthy Eating, and what a journey it’s been!

I married my late husband, Kelly, a doctor, 60 years ago and spent my nursing career in his practice working with patients who suffered from an array of health issues.  Many of them, including diabetes, hypertension and heart disease, were directly linked to lifestyle choices.  I knew that if I could prepare nutritious meals for patients with health-related ailments, and others looking to embrace health and wellness, I could help a lot of people.  And the rest is history.
