DIJON VINAIGRETTE
This recipe will give you enough dressing for a romaine salad and a pasta Caesar salad, with plenty left for making quick entrée salads for impromptu lunches or light dinners.
1/4 c.
1 c. red wine vinegar
1-1/3 c. extra virgin olive oil
1 T. plus 2 tsp. kosher or sea salt
1/2 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
