Cougar Communities?
Boomers are living longer and healthier lives—and rediscovering love in the nicest places. For instance, there’s Bob and Audrey, who were both living at a 55-plus Del Webb community in Texas but had never met until a golfing buddy set them up on a blind date. Says Audrey, “Some friends call our meeting ‘karma’ — it was meant to be. I hope other single people will have the same opportunity to open up their hearts to meet someone.” After a year of being married, both Audrey and Bob still feel like newlyweds, traveling the world, both working part-time. “We enjoy each and every day to the fullest,” says Audrey. “I am definitely in my glory days!”
