My feet were killing me until I found the solution
When I was younger, I never thought much about the aches and pains that would come with age. I was a free spirit…in the sixties I wore bell bottom jeans, in the seventies I adored my platform boots and in the eighties I worked ten hour days in heels. Today, I’ve slowed down a bit but I’ve held onto that spirit, and even a pair of heels or two.
A few years ago, my doctor told me I might be at risk for diabetes and recommended an exercise regimen. Each morning and every evening, I began walking, but after only a few laps around the shopping mall, my feet would start to throb with pain. I began to realize that something wasn’t right and I suspected that all those years of abuse I had put my feet through had taken their toll. One morning after my walk, I stopped into Foot Solutions hoping that maybe a new pair of sneakers would help.
