Red River Revel Arts Festival

Since 1976, an 8 day celebration of the arts. Live, local entertainment, street performers, local and regional artists displays, and areas of educational entertainment geared especially for children. There is 24 food booths offering their traditional Revel favorites as well as new and tantalizing dishes! Art from more than 120 visual artists from across the nation was available all week long with some exceptional new artists adding flare to our already incredible array of visual artists. Plus, our four performance stages featured non-stop entertainment and showcased some great Revel favorites. The “Market” was expanded this year and included soaps, candles, food mixes, and more.

St James Court Art Show

Since 1957, one of the largest outdoor art shows of its kind in the nation. More than 650 artists display their artwork in an elegant setting of fine Victorian homes. The St. James Court Art Show ® was originally established to provide necessary funding to maintain the St. James Court grounds and fountain. Proceeds from the show continue to allow St. James Court Association and Belgravia Court Association to fund ongoing grounds upkeep and neighborhood beautification efforts. Additionally, Fourth Street Association has utilized Art Show proceeds to fund the installation of new benches, urns and trash bins along Fourth Street. Art show proceeds also funded the LinearPark at 3rd and Hill and installation of period street lights.

This is a fun-filled weekend the entire family will enjoy. While exploring the 150 acres and 8,100 vending spaces, you will marvel at one of the largest automotive swap meets in the world. Carlisle is the place to purchase any of the 2,000 vehicles at the car corral where you can slip behind the wheel and get a feel for the vehicle. Even better, you can deal directly with the car owner to work out the best price. This is where you can buy, sell and trade with total confidence.
