Shame on Subway and McDonald’s!

Editors note:  We know that most advertising buys are made by 30 something aged people. Maybe they don’t see the damage being done to children who are exposed to this kind of violence, but the owners sure do.  I personally plan to boycott both Subway and McDonald’s and hope you will do the same. Until parents and grandparents put their money where their hearts are,  these corporate giants will continue to rape the minds and souls of our precious children; all in the name of making more money. Shame on Subway and McDonald!

“The Most Vile and Shocking Content on TV. Ever.”
The new season of American Horror Story premiered last week on FX – a channel that comes standard as part of most basic cable and satellite packages. The episode featured an unbelievably explicit combination of sex and violence. PTC President Tim Winter said of the episode, “This is the most vile and shocking content I’ve ever seen on TV. Ever.

Most Americans have NO IDEA this is primetime fare on advertiser-supported basic cable.  And everyone is paying for it as part of their program bundle.”

The PTC is calling out the advertisers who chose to sponsor the program, particularly the chain restaurant Subway. We ask you to join with us in asking these sponsors to be more responsible in the way they spend their advertising dollars.
