You don’t need to ‘be a scientist’ to know that our planet….the one our grandkids and their grandkids will need long after we’re gone, is in real trouble.
It’s in trouble because greedy, powerful people seek to squeeze the last few $ trillion for themselves from the carbon extraction business before it collapses. And these people buy governments, like ours.
Most Grandparents know better, and tens of thousands are speaking out against the anti-science trend. The holdouts are re-assessing their thinking at their own pace and are welcome in the fight because our grandkids need ALL of us to shout with one voice that the only known habitable planet in the universe is the ONLY priority (amazing that we even have to say that, isn’t it?).
What can you do about it? Join a march NOW, Saturday morning, April 22 in support of science. There will be many around the country. Take a stand for human progress. Talk openly with others, even your knows-everything brother-in-law. The truth can’t defend itself. Remember, Galileo was right but he was all alone. You are not!
