A new survey conducted by “Visiting Angels” exposes some truths about what some Millennials think about their grandparents being on Facebook. Newsflash: They don’t like it much.
One of the main things Millennials don’t like? They do not want Grandma posting anything about her love life or her social life. They do not like when Nonna tries to “act cool.”
Well, we’ve got some news for you dudes. We aren’t just acting cool. We actually are cool. Hell, we invented cool.
We have love lives and social lives. Gram is older than she used to be but that doesn’t mean she’s given up being sexy and having a good time.
Here’s what makes Gram Gram sexy. It may not be what you think. Bubbe has lived long enough to become confident about who she is. She’s not nearly as worried about what anyone thinks of her because she likes herself, her looks, her thoughts, and her feelings.

Abuela has learned how to articulate her needs and to advocate for others. That will come in handy when she has to advocate for you with your mom. She’s also an advocate for the world and she’s involved in working for causes she cares about.

It wasn’t always easy but Oma has finally learned to express love, joy, anger, and sorrow using her words in healthy ways.
