If you are like most modern families today, you likely find yourself eating chicken at least once or twice a week for dinner. Heck, you might even have it for lunch several days of the week as well. And, why wouldn’t you? It’s a delicious, lean meat that’s absolutely chalked-full of good proteins, minerals, and nutrients. And, on top of this, it’s extremely economical.
